Spring Stages
Back packs, Sleds, Snowshoes, Skis, Tent, Sleeping bags, Sleeping Mats, Stove, White gas for stove, Compasses, Maps, Global Position System units (GPS), Two way high frequency radios, Journals and pencils. (no pencils in cold weather).

Fall
Same as above but without snowshoes, skis and sleds. We will take lots of bug repellent and caps with bug netting.

Emergency Equipment always
First aid kit, Flare gun and flares, Shot gun and shells for bear protection only

Clothing
Wind jacket with hood, Insulated fleece jacket, Insulated vest, Cold weather gloves, mitts, hats, Long Johns, Socks, Boots

Camera Gear
Two 35mm, one automatic and one manual for cold temperatures, Video camera and special cold weather batteries, Video tapes, Film, Two tripods

FOOD Daily Calories 5,000

Breakfast: Oatmeal, Raisins, Hot Chocolate, Vitamins

Day: Crackers, Peanutbutter cups, Walnuts/Cashews, Hot Chocolate, Energy Bars

Dinner: Split Pea soup, High fat meat, Crackers, Hot Chocolate, Dessert
